Before your first session
Ten minutes.
Three times a week.
Cleanse and dry your face, pick a mode on the remote, then sit or lie down for ten minutes. Serum and moisturiser afterwards as normal. Red at 630nm is where most people start.
Keep your eyes closed during a session, and don’t use it while it’s charging. The full routine and answers to the usual questions are on the mask page.
