How often should I use it?
Three sessions a week, ten minutes each. More isn’t better.
Which mode should I start with?
Red at 630nm is where most people begin. Purple if you’d rather run red and blue together.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. Charge it for four hours over USB and use it anywhere. Don’t use it while it’s charging.
Do I need eye protection?
Keep your eyes closed during a session. The light is bright and there’s no reason to stare into it.
Can I use it with my serums?
Use it on clean, dry skin, then apply your serum and moisturiser afterwards.
Is it safe if I’m pregnant?
Ask your doctor first. We’d rather you check than guess.
When will it arrive?
Six to fourteen days from order, free anywhere in the UK. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
