Ninety days to change your mind
Use the mask for three months. If it isn’t for you, send it back for a full refund. No photographs, no explanation, no restocking fee.
This sits on top of your statutory rights, it doesn’t replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Full detail is on the shipping & returns page.
If it arrives faulty
Email us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including the cost of sending it back. After 30 days and within six months, we’ll repair or replace it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply either way.
How we handle reviews
We’ll email every customer a few weeks after delivery and ask what they think. Four rules for what gets published:
- Every review is from someone who bought and used this mask.
- We publish the poor ones alongside the good ones. An average that only moves upwards isn’t an average.
- We don’t pay for reviews, and we don’t offer a discount in exchange for a positive one.
- We don’t publish reviews of a different product, or of a version with features this one doesn’t have.
We also won’t publish reviews that describe the mask as treating a medical condition, however well-meant. That isn’t what this product is or what we’re allowed to say it is.
